His responsibilities will also include the direction and development of artist and press\/media relations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Carlson\u2019s extensive M.I. background includes the start-up and expansion as head of Sales and Marketing for brands that include Kala Brand Music, SWR Engineering Inc., Power Group Ltd, and ACE Products Group. His background with the bass market includes the establishment of SWR as a premier bass amplification brand and advancing the successful introduction of the U-Bass brand for Kala.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Phil Jones states \u201cRick brings a proven industry track record along with a pedigree in the bass world that fits perfectly with our plans for the future and the expansion of our brand. PJB is dedicated to using the latest technology in the design of compact bass amps and loudspeakers that achieve highest in fidelity and volume.
